When disagreements or conflicts occur, coaching the working alliance is a comprehensive alternative to mediation. When I coach a challenged working alliance, we will go beyond simply resolving a specific problem or conflict. I facilitate creative problem solving to strengthen the working relationship and develop collaboration into the future.
A team is a system in which the whole is capable of much more than the sum of its parts. I coach team members to become more conscious of how the system currently operates, and to actively create a team that supports the best work of its members. Team Coaching may involve an EQ Map® team assessment, which provides data concerning team strengths and vulnerabilities. These data become the basis for skill building which in turn supports your team's success.
I guide your team through a process to select a target area you wish to strengthen. From there, you will craft a 21-day action plan for change, to which you will be held accountable. With one to three follow-up coaching sessions, at 21-day intervals, we reinforce the content of the training, to produce sustainable changes.

This highly-interactive program is tailored to the needs of your managers. You have the power to increase the receptivity, responsiveness and accountability of your direct reports; to maximize results and minimize turnover and time spent addressing interpersonal rifts. You will expand and develop your options for responding to situations you find most challenging. This program may be combined with either an EQ Map® or Peoplemap™ assessment to further target areas for development. With one to three follow-up sessions - at 21-day intervals - we reinforce skill building to ensure effective outcomes.
